Why it mattered

An AI assistant hands a conversation to a person when the bot should stop. In a small business that person is usually on the move, and the easy path is to continue the conversation from a personal WhatsApp. At that point the customer’s data has left the system that was built to protect it.

How it works

  • Native apps for iOS and Android, built with React Native and Expo on top of the assistant platform.
  • The whole handover in one place. The team sees conversations as they happen, pauses the bot, answers the customer and gets push notifications for new leads and handover requests.
  • Same rules as the platform. The apps use the platform’s tenant isolation and permissions, so closing the data-governance loop costs the client nothing extra to configure.
