Why it mattered
An agency’s time is its product. Every enquiry that turns out to be a poor fit costs a call, and good enquiries that wait too long go elsewhere. The agency wanted its site to do the first conversation: understand the visitor, tell them something useful straight away and send the right people to a call.
How it works
Both assistants run on my assistant platform, each with its own playbook.
- First-contact assistant. Talks to visitors on the site and on Instagram, including voice messages: gives quick, practical first insights, finds out what the visitor needs and qualifies them as a lead.
- Subsidy pre-check. On the landing pages for a regional state programme that funds digitalisation, it checks in a few questions whether a company is likely to qualify, names the factors that would rule it out, and leads promising cases to a free 30-minute consultation.
- Consent before contact. Contact details are recorded only after the visitor has explicitly agreed, and the assistant says what the data will be used for.
- Honest outcomes. When a case is unlikely to qualify, the assistant says so instead of booking a call nobody needs.
